Lavender and Emerald  E-mail this product to a friend

I used a circular polarizer filter to capture the reflections of the background leaves at a water lily pond at Fairchild Tropical Botanican Gardens in Miami, Florida.  This cool color of this lone water lily flower compliments the emerald background foilage while the leaves of the water lily lend to the beauty of the scene with their warmer, contrasting hues of orange and rust.
