I arrived in Jupiter, Florida very early to cover the 60 mile Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale Downwind Kiteboard Race in January, 2008.  A friend of mine also arrived early and was one of the first kiteboarders to start setting up their equipment.  Having already taken shots of this beautiful scene a short way down the beach, I decided to take a similar shot with my friend in the picture also.

This image has been published in Kiteworld Magazine, a magazine based in the United Kingdom with worldwide circulation.  It isn't the first of my images to be published there, but at almost a two page spread, so far it is the largest.  Next...the cover!
